1. General OverviewThis Refund & Return Policy (the "Policy") governs all purchases of
Gramplys devices, accessories, and subscription-based digital Services provided by
Five Abricos Limited ("Company", "we", "our").
By purchasing or using our Products or Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
All sales are
final unless otherwise expressly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law. We do
not provide refunds or exchanges except as specifically provided herein.
2. Hardware Products — Return and Refund Eligibility (a) Eligibility WindowDefective hardware Products may be returned for repair or replacement within
14 days from the date of delivery. After that period, warranty coverage (see
Limited Hardware Warranty) applies, but refunds are no longer available.
(b) Conditions for ReturnTo qualify for return or refund consideration, the Product must:
- Be purchased directly from the official Gramplys store or an authorized distributor;

- Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice / receipt / order ID);

- Have a clearly verifiable manufacturing defect;

- Be returned in original or equivalent protective packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, physical impact, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modification are
not eligible for refund or replacement.
- (c) Procedure for ReturnContact support@gramplys.com with your order ID, serial number, detailed description, and photos / video showing the issue.

- Our support team will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and provide the shipping address.

- You must ship the Product within 10 days of receiving the RMA.

- The Product must arrive at our designated return facility before evaluation.

Shipments without an RMA number or outside the specified timeframe may be
refused or
returned at sender’s cost.
(d) Inspection and Refund DecisionReturned Products will be tested by our technicians:
● If a
verified defect is found, we may, at our sole discretion,
repair, replace, or refund the Product price (excluding shipping).
● If the Product is
found functional or damaged through misuse, no refund will be issued and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed via the
original payment method within
10 business days after confirmation, or by
any other lawful method the Company deems appropriate and compliant with applicable regulations.
3. Non-Refundable Items and ServicesThe following are
strictly non-refundable:
● Activated or partially used
digital subscriptions, cloud storage, or analytics services;
● Setup fees, installation services, or shipping charges;
● Promotional or discounted items;
● Products purchased from
unauthorized resellers;
● Claims filed after expiration of the 14-day return window.
Subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing cycle, even if you stop using the Services.
4. Subscription Cancellation and Billing Disputes● You may cancel your subscription anytime through
app.gramplys.com or via your
payment provider (Stripe / PayPal).
● Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
● Refunds for unused portions are
not issued.
● If you believe you were charged in error, contact
support@gramplys.com before opening a chargeback; the Company has 30 days to review.
● Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
5. Return Shipping and CostsUnless otherwise required by law:
● You are responsible for all
return shipping costs;
● We recommend using a
trackable shipping service with insurance;
● The Company is not liable for any Product lost or damaged in transit.
If a return is confirmed as defective under warranty, we may reimburse reasonable return shipping expenses at our discretion.
6. Refund Timeline and MethodOnce approved, refunds will be issued:
● To the
same payment method originally used, or by
any other lawful method acceptable to the Company;
● Within
10 business days after approval;
● Minus any applicable restocking or transaction fees (typically 3 % – 5 %).
The refund will appear on your account depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
7. International Orders, Taxes, and CustomsFor orders shipped outside Hong Kong:
● Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are
non-refundable;
● Rejected or undeliverable shipments due to unpaid customs fees are
not eligible for refund;
● Delivery delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for refund.
8. Restocking Fee PolicyAt the Company’s discretion, a
restocking fee up to 15 % of the product value may be applied to returns accepted outside standard warranty or promotional conditions. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.
9. Force Majeure and Uncontrollable EventsNo refund or compensation shall be due for delays, losses, or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, customs stoppages, or government actions.
10. Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThis Policy forms part of and must be read together with the
Gramplys Terms of Service.
All matters arising from this Policy are governed by the
laws of Hong Kong, with disputes subject to
mandatory arbitration under HKIAC.
Before any claim or arbitration, the customer must submit a
written pre-dispute notice to
support@gramplys.com at least
45 days in advance, in accordance with Section 21(k) of the Terms of Service.
11. Policy Updates and AmendmentsFive Abricos Limited reserves the right to
amend, modify, or replace this Refund & Return Policy at any time, at its sole discretion.
Any such modification will become effective:

thirty (30) days after publication on the official website
https://gramplys.com/refund-policy, or
●
immediately, if required by law, regulation, or by a payment processor (including Stripe or PayPal).
By continuing to purchase, return, or use the Company’s Products or Services after such changes take effect, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the updated Policy. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically for updates.
